Organiser agreement

Parklife, Inc. (United States) · Version 2026-10-06 · Effective 6 Oct 2026

This is an agreement between you, the organiser, and Parklife, Inc., the company that operates RealEvents. It applies from the moment you accept it when you become an organiser, and to every event you run on RealEvents after that.

It sits alongside the Terms of Service  (opens in a new tab), which apply to everyone who uses RealEvents, and the Privacy Policy  (opens in a new tab). Where this agreement says something more specific, it wins.

Plain English is deliberate. Each section says what happens; there is no fine print elsewhere.

Definitions

"Parklife" means Parklife, Inc. (registration 6515416), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean Parklife.

Free events for now

Paid tickets are not yet available to organisers in your country, so you can run free events only. Free tickets involve no money: RealEvents simply records each registration for you, and we charge you and your guests nothing.

When paid tickets open in your country we will tell you, and you will be asked to accept the organiser terms that cover them, including fees, payouts and refunds, before you put a paid ticket on sale. Until you do, this agreement stays in force and your free events carry on as they are.

You must not use RealEvents to take money for an event in any other way, for example by asking guests to pay you directly as a condition of a free ticket.

Your account and your team

You must be at least 18 and entitled to act for the organiser you create. Everyone you invite to your team acts for the organiser too, within the role you give them. You are responsible for what your team does on RealEvents, for keeping your sign-in details safe, and for keeping your contact details and the country you told us you are based in correct.

Guest data and privacy

When a guest registers for your event, you receive their name, email address, ticket details, check-in status and any answers to the registration forms you attach. That is personal information, and the privacy laws of the places you and your guests are in apply to how you handle it.

For guest data that stays inside RealEvents, Parklife decides how it is processed, under the Privacy Policy  (opens in a new tab). For guest data you take out of RealEvents, by exporting a guest list, copying it, or contacting guests outside the platform, you are responsible for it and we are not involved in what you do with it.

  • Use guest data only to run the event the guest registered for: communicating about it, managing entry, and meeting your own legal obligations.
  • Do not add guests to a mailing list or use their details for marketing unless you have your own lawful basis, such as their consent, which you obtain yourself.
  • Keep guest data secure, share it only with people who need it to run the event, and delete what you exported once the event is over and any legal retention period has passed.
  • If a guest asks you to correct or delete their information, deal with the request; if it concerns data inside RealEvents, forward it to privacy@real-events.com.
  • Tell us at privacy@real-events.com without delay if guest data you took from RealEvents is lost, stolen or accessed by someone who should not have it.

Your events and content

You are responsible for the event: that it takes place as described, that it is lawful and safe, that you have the venue, permits and insurance it needs, and that what you publish about it is accurate and yours to publish. You must not offer tickets for an event you are not entitled to run.

We may unpublish or cancel an event, or suspend an organiser, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or in breach of this agreement.

Changes to this agreement

We may publish a new version of this agreement. When we do, RealEvents shows the change on your Overview and on Settings → Payments and asks an owner or admin to accept it. Your events are not interrupted while you decide.

Liability

RealEvents is in alpha and is provided as is, free of charge to you. To the fullest extent the law allows, Parklife is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify Parklife against claims and costs that arise from your event, your content, your breach of this agreement, or your handling of guest data.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using RealEvents at any time. We may suspend or close your organiser account for a breach of this agreement, and will tell you why. Either way, the guest-data obligations above continue for the data you hold.

Law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any dispute is decided by the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law of the place you are in that cannot be excluded.

Questions about this agreement go to support@real-events.com.
