An event is one occasion with its own date, tickets and guest list. A series brings related events together on one public page, making the next event easier to find.
Create a run of events
- Start a new event (opens in a new tab) and fill in the details you want to share across the run.
- Add more dates in the schedule, or use Repeat to generate a schedule.
- Review every date and time, including the timezone. Remove or adjust exceptions before saving.
- Name the series when prompted, then publish or save the run as drafts.
Saving several dates creates separate events grouped in a series. The Repeat control creates the dates you review; it does not keep generating new events automatically in the future.
Set a repeating schedule
Manage the events together
Open Series (opens in a new tab) from your dashboard to manage a series and its events. Share the series page when you want guests to choose which event to attend, or share an individual event link for one occasion.
Each event keeps its own capacity and bookings. A guest who registers for one event has not registered for the rest of the series.
When you apply a change to several events, review the selected events and the result for each one. For ticketing changes, matching ticket type names matter, so keep names consistent across the run.
Events in a series
Change one event in the series
Find the event in Events (opens in a new tab) and open it to edit its details. If people have already registered or responded, use More → Reschedule to move its schedule.
Cancelling an individual event leaves the other events in the series running. The cancelled event remains visible with a cancellation notice so guests can understand what happened.
